Our smart management and leadership assessment tool identifies the skills needed for your people to fulfil their current roles and their future aspirations.

What do you get?

A skills assessment for each individual

  • Done online, the tool comprises a self-assessment, 360° feedback from up to 6 people such as the manager’s manager, peers and those reporting to them. If you have a  Discovery Insights profile, you can add your summary ‘postcode’ to give a more rounded assessment.

A skills assessment at team level

  • The individual assessments can be summed to give a team, department or organisational view of management and leadership capability. This can be used to make decisions about where to spend your training budget for best return on investment.

Optional extras:

  • Integrate your competency framework: the tool uses Treehouse’s Contribution Curve to assess skills - we can use yours instead – it’s easy for up to 10 themes and 5 levels. Beyond that it’s still possible, just a little more investment.

  • Personalised Growth Plan: a coach will work 1:1 with your manager or leader to co-create a personalised Growth Plan. The coach uses the data from the online tool plus all sorts of relevant supporting information such as where the manager sits in the organisation, the managers’ current role profile and future role aspirations too.

  • Discovery Insights profile and 1:1 debrief: understand yourself and others better by doing a Discovery Insights personality profile and have a 1:1 debrief with a licensed Discovery Insights practitioner. The ‘postcode’ (the summary of your personality preference) integrates with our tool to give a more rounded assessment.
