The place to start is always to assess your organisational or individual capability – an Innovation Cultural Audit will help you determine if the primary need is cultural or skills development. After the Innovation Cultural Audit, a Management Training Needs Review and Strategic Recommendation will help you determine where to focus your effort for the best return on investment.

Our innovation training spans the competency levels of Awareness, Supervised Practitioner, Practitioner and Expert and is grouped into the themes of Scrum Master soft skills training (a working knowledge of Agile Scrum is a pre-requisite), Enabling and Facilitating Innovation and Fostering Innovative Cultures.
