Learn ‘n’ Go Training

Learn ‘n’ Go Training

Classroom Training of one or more days

Why this programme?

Your people need to develop new knowledge, skills and behaviours.

The programme could be a single day or multiple days determined by the amount of material to cover or extent of change required in the delegates.

What’s included?

The engaging and interactive training follows our highly-praised method of ‘Tell-Show-Do’ where we ‘Tell’ some theory, ‘Show’ a case study or example, and then delegates ‘Do’ it for themselves, using their own situation or example to practise on. Our training always uses novel and bespoke props and materials to stimulate new thinking and bring to life the content.

This is a powerful way to embed new knowledge because it is personalised, supported by Treehouse experts and makes an impact straight away. Delegates will leave with the tools, skills and confidence ready to go.

Supported Practice

Supported Practice

Practice back at work, with agile, tailored support by Treehouse experts

Why this programme?

Ever been on a training course and then got back to the office and it all fades away? Supported Practise ensures that learning sticks by supporting and incentivising its application after the classroom training. It builds new habits and confidence and acts as a supporting hand when delegates learn to walk, then run, with their new skills.

What’s Included?

Supported Practice is agile – it is tailored depending on the training undertaken, the individuals and organisation involved. Some examples of successful Supported Practices include: telephone or face to face coaching, observed facilitation and feedback, buddying, showcases and masterclasses, team briefings, events and technical advice. We find that a combination of individual and group support on a variety of tasks gets the best results.

Innovation Catalysts Training for TREEANGLE only

Innovation Catalysts Training for TREEANGLE only

A tailored programme over the course of a year which includes Foundation and Advanced classroom training and supported practice.

Why this programme?

If a significant leap in innovative culture is needed then a team of Innovation Catalysts – those who have expert innovation skills and confidence – can spearhead that change. In combination with Director’s Talks, Learning Lunches and other widespread communication, a highly skilled team who can catalyse innovation, from helping scope requirements, through ideation, harvesting and exploitation, is essential.

What’s included?

This one year programme includes interactive classroom training and supported practice for a team of Innovation Catalysts. The focus is on developing innovation leaders rather than just practitioners so the team will undertake Foundation and Advanced Creative training and each delegate will be supported by a Personal Development Plan, including support through coaching and observed facilitation.
