The challenge

“We are in charge of packaging innovation but are not very innovative!” The Head of Department wanted to start the team thinking differently by gently introducing them to our concepts.  He wanted to develop a long term change in the team and to build the learning over time.

How did treehouse help?

We involved them in an interactive talk – first of all talking about great worldwide and well known examples of inspiring innovations and then demonstrating how they could apply the TREEANGLE to generate great innovation of their own.
